Will US–Russia–Ukraine talks open in Abu Dhabi by Nov 15?
This market will resolve to “Yes” if, at any time after the creation of this market and by November 15, 2026 - 23:59 UTC, official delegations of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and the United States hold an in-person trilateral negotiating session in Abu Dhabi, and the occurrence is publicly confirmed by at least one of the following official sources: the Kremlin (http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/news), the Office of the President of Ukraine (https://www.president.gov.ua/en/news/all), or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (https://www.mofa.gov.ae/en/mediahub/news).
Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.” This includes cases where the meeting is postponed past the deadline, moved to a different city, held only bilaterally (between two parties), or conducted solely virtually.
For the purposes of this market:
- “In-person trilateral negotiating session” means a single meeting held in Abu Dhabi attended in person by official delegation representatives from all three countries.
- A qualifying “confirmation” must be a published statement, news item, or official press release appearing on one of the listed official sources' websites or an official document linked from those pages.
- Only events that occur after this market’s deployment are eligible for resolution.
