This market will resolve to "Yes" if the IQAir World Air Quality Report 2025 lists 15 or more countries with a national annual average PM2.5 concentration at or below 5 μg/m³. Otherwise, resolves "No".
Edge Cases
Report Delay: If IQAir 2025 report not published by June 30, 2026, this market resolves "No"
Preliminary vs Final Data: If report is labeled "preliminary" when first published, wait until May 31, 2026 for final version. If still preliminary by May 31, use the preliminary data.
Report Inaccessible: If IQAir website is completely inaccessible (404 error, site down, etc.) for 14+ consecutive days before June 30, 2026, this market resolves "No"
Incomplete Report: If IQAir publishes a 2025 report but does not include country-level PM2.5 averages or does not cover at least 100 countries, this market resolves "No"
Boundary Value: Countries with exactly 5.0 μg/m³ count as meeting the standard (≤ 5 means "at or below")
