规则

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Gate (the crypto exchange) provides monetary compensation, a refund, or the return of assets to X user @jheioff (also known as "第一美少女") in connection with the disputed July 2026 account security incident, at any time after the creation of this market and before October 1, 2026 – 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market, "compensation" includes, but is not limited to, a full or partial refund of the approximately $1.7M in assets withdrawn from @jheioff's account, a cash settlement, or the unfreezing and return of the disputed on-chain assets to @jheioff, provided this is confirmed by Gate or @jheioff. A private settlement that is not publicly confirmed by either party does not qualify. Gate merely opening, continuing, or closing an internal investigation without an accompanying transfer of funds or assets to @jheioff does not qualify. Only events occurring after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
