This market will resolve to "Yes" if Polymarket (or its parent company or any successor entity representing its primary operations) officially announces plans to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at any time after the creation of this market and before January 31, 2027 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

- A qualifying announcement must be made by Polymarket, its parent company, or an authorized executive acting in an official capacity, and must clearly state an intention to go public via an IPO. A public confidential or non-confidential IPO filing (e.g., Form S-1 or F-1) also qualifies.

- Rumors, anonymous sources, media reports of internal discussions, hiring of bankers without an official statement, statements that an IPO is merely being "considered" or "not ruled out," and token launches do not qualify.
