This market will resolve to “Yes” if a Rivian official announcement, published on or before December 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC, explicitly states that the company is entering into a "Qualifying Robotics Partnership" as defined below. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “No”.

Qualifying Robotics Partnership

The announcement must describe a formal, previously undisclosed partnership focused on robotics technology. Qualifying types include:

Joint ventures

Joint development agreements

Technology licensing agreements

Formal research collaborations

Exclusions: Standard supplier relationships, marketing-only collaborations, and partnerships primarily focused on vehicle autonomous driving technology do not qualify.
