This market will resolve to “Yes” if the USD spot price per single HYPE token, as reported by CoinGecko, is strictly greater than $90.00 USD at November 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

- The “USD spot price per single HYPE token” is the price reported on CoinGecko's HYPE token page at the specified timestamp.

- A price strictly greater than $90.00 USD at any time before the specified timestamp does not qualify; only the price reported at November 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC will be used for resolution.

- If CoinGecko is unavailable or does not provide a timestamped price for that moment, CoinMarketCap's HYPE USD price at the same timestamp will be used as a contingent source.

- Only price data occurring after this market's creation are eligible for resolution.
