This market will resolve to "Yes" if the lowest fee per blob gas unit that Ethereum will charge for including blob data in a block is increased from its default value before January 1st, 2026 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purpose of this market, a "Blob" is defined as a fixed-size chunk of ephemeral data that is referenced by a KZG commitment in a block.
