This market will resolve to “Yes” if Mitch McConnell remains a seated United States Senator continuously from the time this market is created through January 3, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Remain a seated United States Senator” means McConnell is officially holding the Senate office and the seat is not officially vacated prior to the resolution timestamp.

• Temporary medical absences, missed votes, or leaves of absence do not constitute vacating the seat.
