This market will resolve to “Yes” if the results of Brazil’s October 25, 2026 presidential runoff election are officially annulled by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Supreme Federal Court (STF), or other competent Brazilian electoral authority at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST, such that a new election is ordered or the declared outcome is invalidated.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• Annulment requires a formal, binding judicial or electoral court decision nullifying the runoff results nationwide (or sufficiently to reverse the presidential outcome).

• Challenges, lawsuits, requests for annulment, temporary suspensions, investigations, or non-binding statements do not qualify unless they result in official annulment as defined above.
