Sinaloa Governor in a U.S. prison by the end of 2026?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Rubén Rocha Moya, the Governor of Sinaloa, is detained in a United States prison or federal detention facility at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
For the purposes of this market:
• A qualifying outcome requires that Rocha Moya is physically in custody within the United States, including pre-trial detention or imprisonment following conviction.
• Extradition to the United States followed by detention qualifies.
• Indictments, charges, arrest warrants, or extradition requests do not qualify unless he is actually in U.S. custody.
• Detention in Mexico or any country outside the United States does not qualify.
• Temporary transit through the U.S. without formal detention does not qualify.
• Only events occurring after market deployment are eligible.
