This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by December 31, 2026 23:59 UTC, MSCI officially announces the exclusion of Strategy Inc. (formerly MicroStrategy Inc., ticker: MSTR) from any of its equity indexes due to its digital asset holdings.

Otherwise, the market resolves to "No".

Key Definitions

Official Announcement:

Published on MSCI's official website (msci.com) or official MSCI communications

Explicitly states Strategy/MicroStrategy/MSTR will be excluded or removed from an MSCI index

Exclusion is due to digital asset holdings criteria (e.g., >50% cryptocurrency assets, DAT classification)

MSCI Indexes:

Any MSCI equity index (e.g., MSCI USA, MSCI World, MSCI ACWI)

What Counts as "Yes":

MSCI announces exclusion, regardless of implementation date

Exclusion from one or multiple MSCI indexes

What Counts as "No":

No announcement by deadline

MSCI announces they will NOT exclude Strategy

MSCI consultation ends with no new exclusion rule

Announcement only says "under review" or "considering" without final decision
