This market will resolve to "Yes" if the USD spot price of HYPE (Hyperliquid) trades at $100.00 or more for a continuous period of at least 10 minutes, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market, the "USD spot price" is the price reported by major crypto price aggregators (CoinGecko preferred; CoinMarketCap contingent) or by major centralized exchange trade data. Only price movement occurring after this market's creation qualifies for resolution. If HYPE undergoes a token migration, redenomination, or split after market creation, the value-adjusted price of the successor token will be used, provided the change is documented by official Hyperliquid communications.
