This market will resolve to “Yes” if Hyperliquid officially enables HIP-3* permissioned perpetual-market functionality on production mainnet, allowing a permissioned HIP-3* venue to operate there, after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC (December 31, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC).

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “HIP-3*” refers to Hyperliquid’s optional permissioned-market extension to HIP-3 (e.g., deployer-controlled onchain allowlists for a perpetual venue).

• Only activation occurring after market creation is eligible.

• Testnet-only availability, code or documentation appearing without mainnet activation, announcements, plans, or specifications do not qualify.

• Ordinary (permissionless) HIP-3 markets operating without HIP-3* production activation do not qualify.

• The deciding official record is Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 deployer actions documentation, supplemented by official Hyperliquid communications confirming mainnet activation.
