市场数据
规则
上链语系:英文This market will resolve to "Yes" if at least 60 of the 70 cities listed in the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBS) "70 large and medium-sized cities" monthly new-home price dataset report a month-on-month decrease in newly-built home prices for June 2026, as shown in the official NBS June 2026 release, before August 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.
Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."
For the purposes of this market:
- "Month-on-month decrease" means the NBS-reported month-on-month percentage change for the city’s reported new (newly-built commercial residential) home price is strictly negative in the NBS June 2026 table for 70 cities.
- The count is taken from the NBS table that lists all 70 cities in the "70 large and medium-sized cities" dataset; if the NBS issues a corrected/revised June 2026 table before the cutoff, the corrected figures will be used.
- Only data published after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
- If the NBS does not publish comparable 70-city June 2026 data and no clear consensus of credible independent sources exists by the cutoff, the market may be cancelled.
