This market will resolve to "Yes" if Robinhood (Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its official subsidiaries/products) makes tokenized versions of U.S. National Market System (NMS) stocks available for trading by U.S. persons through an official Robinhood product, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

A "tokenized NMS stock" is defined as a blockchain-based digital asset that is officially issued or offered by Robinhood and represents ownership of, or economic exposure to, a stock listed on a U.S. National Market System exchange.

The product must be officially launched and accessible for trading by users verified as U.S. persons; beta programs, waitlists, regulatory filings, or announcements of future intent without an active, tradable product do not qualify.

Availability limited exclusively to non-U.S. persons (such as Robinhood's existing EU stock token offering) does not qualify unless expanded to include U.S. persons before the deadline.

Only a launch or expansion occurring after the creation of this market is eligible for a "Yes" resolution.
