This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Ink project team issues or publicly launches an official fungible token at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Launch” means a fungible token contract is deployed on a public mainnet and the token is publicly transferable, and either (a) the token becomes tradable on at least one centralized or decentralized exchange with non-zero liquidity, or (b) the token is listed with trading data on a major price aggregator (e.g., CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap).

• Non-fungible tokens (NFTs), testnet-only deployments, tokens that remain restricted to an allowlist or private transfers, and announcements or plans alone do not qualify.

• Only token launches that occur after the creation of this market are eligible for a “Yes” outcome.
