This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Death & Taxes on-chain game (the "Citizens" collection by m0dest) reaches a survivor count of 69 (i.e., the main Citizens collection contains 69 or fewer active/non-burned tokens) at any time after the creation of this market and before August 15, 2026 - 00:15 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market: "survivor count" is measured by on-chain state of the main Citizens contract (tokens still in the main collection that have not been burned or reminted to the Evader contract). Resolution will use on-chain token-supply/ownership data (Etherscan token tracker or equivalent) and may be supplemented by official project communications from the creator. Only events occurring after this market's creation are eligible for resolution. If on-chain state is permanently unavailable or the main Citizens contract is destroyed so the survivor count cannot be verified, the market may be cancelled.
