This market will resolve to “Yes” if IREN publicly confirms in an official communication that it has a cloud agreement with Anthropic at any time after the creation of this market and before November 11, 2026 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market: "publicly confirms" means an explicit statement by IREN that names Anthropic and states there is a cloud agreement (including bare-metal capacity, managed cloud services, capacity lease, or a multi‑year cloud services contract). Qualifying communications include IREN press releases, SEC filings (e.g., Form 8-K), investor presentations or earnings materials, the official IREN website, or posts from a verified IREN corporate social account. Third‑party reports, leaks, or analyst speculation do not qualify unless accompanied by a qualifying IREN communication. The confirmation must occur after market creation to be eligible for a “Yes” outcome.
