This market will resolve to “Yes” if either of the following occurs at any time after the creation of this market and before December 31, 2026 - 00:00 UTC:

• The X account https://x.com/machibigbrother posts an explicit, public statement that he has successfully acquired ownership or control of friend.tech, and the official X account https://x.com/friendtech publicly acknowledges or confirms that transfer of ownership in a public post or official statement.

• The ERC-20 token $FRIEND (0x0bd4887f7d41b35cd75dff9ffee2856106f86670) attains a USD market capitalization of $100,000,000 or more, measured on-chain using circulating supply × USD price, for a continuous period of at least 1 minute, at any time after the creation of this market and before December 31, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Public statement” or “publicly acknowledges” means a visible post on X (formerly Twitter) from the indicated accounts, or an official statement published on friend.tech’s verified website or other officially verified friend.tech channels. Announcements, leaks, interviews, or third‑party reports alone do not qualify.

• “Control” is defined to include either a verified transfer of ownership or demonstrable administrative access that allows the account holder to publish as the official X account (i.e., ability to post from https://x.com/friendtech) or to modify content/operation of friend.tech’s primary domain/website (e.g., DNS/hosting or site admin access). Demonstrable use of that access in a public post or official statement is required for control to qualify.

• Market capitalization is calculated using the circulating supply and USD price of $FRIEND. The market capitalization threshold must be met on-chain and sustained continuously for at least 1 minute. Only on-chain and publicly auditable data after market creation are eligible.

• Only events occurring after this market’s creation are eligible for resolution.
