This market will resolve to "Yes" if the fully diluted valuation (FDV) of the official Predict Fun token exceeds $100,000,000 USD at any point within 24 hours of its official public launch, before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market, "official public launch" is defined as the first time the Predict Fun token becomes publicly tradable on any major exchange or liquid onchain market following an official announcement from Predict Fun. FDV will be calculated as token price multiplied by total token supply, using the price and supply data reported by CoinGecko (preferred) or CoinMarketCap.

If the token launches across multiple chains or in wrapped forms, the FDV of the canonical/official token as designated by Predict Fun's official communications will be used. If no reliable price or FDV data is available within the 24-hour window, or if Predict Fun's token has not launched before the cutoff date above, this market will resolve to "No."

Only launches occurring after the creation of this market are eligible for a "Yes" resolution.
