Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if SolMoeSports (the individual or entity using the handle @SolMoeSports) transfers or arranges payment of funds or assets with a total value greater than or equal to the amount that @iForgor_PM publicly claims was taken, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST, and the transfer is (a) received by an account, wallet, or recipient controlled by @iForgor_PM (or an escrow recipient publicly designated by either party), and (b) verifiable by on-chain transaction data, official payment records, or public statements by either @SolMoeSports or @iForgor_PM confirming the transfer and receipt.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

• "Publicly claims" means an explicit statement by @iForgor_PM on a public social account (e.g., X/Twitter), a publicly filed complaint, or other public document that specifies the amount alleged to have been taken.

• Transfers are only qualifying if they originate from an account, wallet, or payment source demonstrably controlled by @SolMoeSports (or an entity explicitly acting on their behalf) and are received by an account/wallet controlled by @iForgor_PM or an escrow recipient as described above.

• Partial repayments totalling less than the publicly claimed amount do not qualify for a "Yes" outcome.

• If the identity or control of accounts/wallets cannot be reasonably linked to @SolMoeSports, the outcome will be determined by consensus of the resolution sources listed below.
