Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Vitalik Buterin publicly publishes the sequel of "Obfuscation: building the final boss of cryptography (Part I)" at any time after the creation of this market and before September 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

- "Publicly publishes" means the work is posted on a publicly accessible website or platform (no paywall) and is clearly attributed to Vitalik Buterin (author/owner) on the posting.

- Qualifying channels include, but are not limited to: Vitalik's personal website (vitalik.eth.limo), Vitalik's verified X/Twitter account, Vitalik's verified Mirror/profile, or the Ethereum Foundation's official communications. The publication must specify that it is the sequel, in the title or in the post itself.

- Only publications occurring after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
