Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is officially declared the winner of the 2026 Brazilian presidential election, whose first round will be held in Brazil on 4 October 2026.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

* "officially declared the winner" means a formal declaration or final validated election result published by Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, TSE).

* If the election proceeds to a second-round (runoff), the market should wait for resolution until announcement of the candidate who is officially declared elected by the TSE after all rounds and certifications.

* If the 2026 presidential election is permanently cancelled before a winner is officially declared, this market will be canceled. This market is only eligible to resolve based on events occurring after the creation of this market.
