Will Flávio Bolsonaro file to annul Brazil's vote by Nov 13?

On-chain Language: EnglishThis market will resolve to "Yes" if, by November 13, 2026 23:59 UTC, Flávio Bolsonaro, his electoral coalition, or the Liberal Party (PL) files a formal petition with Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) or the Federal Supreme Court (STF) asking to annul or invalidate the result of the October 25, 2026 presidential runoff, as shown in official TSE or STF records (tse.jus.br, portal.stf.jus.br) or confirmed by the filer's official statement. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."
Announcements of intent and narrow recount or audit requests do not count.
