Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy, ticker: MSTR) holds 700,000 BTC or fewer at any point after the creation of this market and before September 1, 2026 – 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

• A qualifying reduction must be reflected in an official disclosure showing Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings at or below 700,000 BTC.

• Temporary transfers, custodial movements, collateralization, or internal wallet reorganizations do not qualify unless they result in a net reduction of Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings to 700,000 BTC or fewer as reported in official filings or disclosures.

• Only holdings data disclosed after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
