Will Ethereum's Glamsterdam hard fork activate before 2027?

Rules
On-chain Language: EnglishThis market will resolve to Yes if Ethereum mainnet activates a protocol upgrade officially named Glamsterdam at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC.
Otherwise this market will resolve to No.
For the purposes of this market:
• Activate means the upgrade's on-chain activation conditions are met and mainnet begins enforcing the protocol changes; testnet deployments, client release candidates, developer simulations, or announcements alone do not qualify.
• The upgrade must be explicitly designated as "Glamsterdam" by the Ethereum Foundation, the Ethereum core developers, or by one or more EIPs that directly associate that name with the activated on-chain changes. If equivalent changes activate under a different name without such an explicit association, the market resolves to No.
• Resolution will be based on official Ethereum communications (e.g., Ethereum Foundation blog, core-devs announcements, or EIP repository) and on-chain confirmation such as an activation block reported by mainnet explorers (e.g., Etherscan) or equivalent on-chain data.
• Only activations that occur after this market's creation are eligible for resolution.
