This market will resolve to "Yes" if, at any time after the creation of this market and before December 31, 2026 - 00:00 UTC, a bank that is ranked among the top 10 U.S. banks by consolidated assets publicly issues or launches a stablecoin on a public, permissionless blockchain.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

- "Top 10 U.S. bank" means the bank appears in the top 10 by consolidated assets according to the Federal Reserve's most recent report published on the date this market is created.

- "Issues or launches a stablecoin" means the bank, or a legal entity wholly owned or controlled by the bank, publicly announces and makes available a token marketed as a stablecoin (e.g., USD‑pegged) that is deployed on a public, permissionless blockchain and transferable/usable by the general public. Internal pilots, permissioned/private ledgers not accessible to the general public, or announcements of intent without a public launch do not qualify.

- Public blockchain deployment and/or an on‑chain token contract attributable to the bank (by issuer name, legal entity, or corroborating on‑chain metadata), together with corroboration from the bank's official communications or a consensus of reputable reporting, will be used to determine the outcome.

- Only events and deployments occurring after market creation are eligible for resolution.

Source

- Official bank press releases or investor relations announcements

- Public blockchain explorer evidence (token contract and transactions) showing deployment attributable to the bank or its controlled legal entity

- Consensus of credible reporting from major financial news outlets (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ)

- Regulatory filings or official statements from U.S. regulatory agencies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, SEC) confirming issuance (if available)
