Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Apple Inc. (including any wholly- or majority-owned subsidiary) either completes a transaction that results in Exo Labs becoming a subsidiary or controlled company of Apple, or publicly announces a definitive agreement to be acquired by Apple, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2028 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

• "Acquisition" means a transaction that transfers control of Exo Labs to Apple (for example, a merger, purchase of a majority (>50%) of outstanding voting shares, or another change-of-control transaction). Minority investments, licensing deals, joint ventures, commercial partnerships, or other arrangements that do not transfer control do not qualify.

• A qualifying event must be first announced or completed after the creation of this market. Confirmation must come from at least one of the following: an official Apple press release or investor-relations communication; an official Exo Labs announcement; a U.S. SEC filing or other regulatory filing documenting the transaction (e.g., 8-K, S-4); or a consensus of credible reports from at least two reputable news organizations.
