Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if OpenAI or Codex publicly grants a ratelimit reset at any time after the creation of this market and before August 11, 2026 - 00:00 PDT.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market, a “ratelimit reset” qualifies if at least one of the following public indicators occurs within the eligible period:

• A new reset timestamp is added to codex-resets.com showing a reset that falls within the eligible period.

• An official OpenAI public status update (status.openai.com), blog post, press release, or a verified OpenAI social-media post explicitly announces that rate limits for Codex or the OpenAI API were reset or that usage counters were globally cleared.

Private or account-specific communications that are not publicly posted do not qualify. Only events occurring after the market’s creation are eligible for resolution.
