Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the total value locked (TVL) of Base is higher than the TVL of Solana on October 26, 2026 - 00:00 UTC, as displayed on DefiLlama.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• TVL is the default DeFi headline chain TVL shown on the DefiLlama chain pages for Base and Solana (https://defillama.com/chain/base and https://defillama.com/chain/solana).

• Only the October 26, 2026 value is eligible for resolution; values before market deployment or prior to October 26th are not considered.

• If the two TVL values are exactly equal, this market will resolve to “Draw.”
