Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if a person or group publicly identified as “Cyberleek” is formally arrested, taken into criminal custody, or officially charged by any law enforcement or prosecuting authority in any jurisdiction in connection with the unauthorized access, possession, distribution, or publication of Rockstar Games/Take-Two’s GTA VI materials at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Arrested” or “charged” requires a public law-enforcement or prosecutorial action (e.g., arrest report, booking, criminal charge filing, or indictment). Temporary private detentions, civil subpoenas, corporate disciplinary actions, or internal company measures do not qualify.

• Confirmation must be provided by at least one of the following: an official statement from a law enforcement agency or prosecutor; a public court filing or docket entry showing arrest/charges; or consistent reporting across two reputable news organizations.

• This market is only eligible to resolve based on events that occur after the market’s creation. A subsequent release, acquittal, dismissal, or exoneration does not change a prior qualifying arrest/charge that occurred within the eligible period.
