This market will resolve to "Yes" if KelpDAO implements a recovery or remediation plan before June 1, 2026 - 00:00 UTC that explicitly limits any economic losses resulting from the LayerZero rsETH bridge exploit to holders of bridged rsETH only, such that KelpDAO does not apply any pro rata reduction, haircut, or reduction in redeemable claim on the underlying ETH backing for rsETH holders on Ethereum mainnet.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

A "bridged rsETH" is any rsETH that was originated via KelpDAO's LayerZero-powered cross-chain bridge.

If losses are entirely reimbursed by LayerZero, an insurer, or a third party such that no rsETH holders (on any chain) incur any loss, this market will resolve to "No."

If a recovery plan is implemented where partial reimbursements are made, but only bridged rsETH ends up with a net loss, this market will resolve to “Yes.”

If no remediation plan is implemented onchain before June 1st, 2026, this market will resolve to “No” regardless of KelpDAO communications on the matter.
