Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issues final approval for a national bank charter to Ripple Labs, Inc. or to any legal entity controlled or majority-owned by Ripple Labs, Inc., at any time after the creation of this market and before December 31, 2026 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market: “final approval” means the OCC publicly issues an unconditional national bank charter (e.g., an OCC press release, formal approval letter, or OCC charter record entry) that clearly and unambiguously grants a national bank charter to the named Ripple entity. Preliminary, conditional, proposed, tentative, or application-stage actions by the OCC do not qualify unless converted into a public, final, unconditional charter. Events or approvals that occurred before this market’s creation are ineligible for resolution.
