This market will resolve to “Yes” if Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy, ticker: MSTR) divests of, or otherwise disposes of any amount of its Bitcoin holdings before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

A qualifying divestment must result in a net reduction of Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings.

Temporary transfers, custodial movements, collateralization, internal restructuring, or reorganization of wallets do not qualify unless they result in a net reduction of Bitcoin holdings.

Announcements or stated intentions without an actual reduction in holdings do not qualify.
