This market will resolve to "Yes" if China's annual consumer price inflation for calendar year 2026, as reported by the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBS), is greater than or equal to 0.6% and less than or equal to 1.0%, and that figure is published by the NBS on or before March 31, 2027 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market: the qualifying measure is the NBS's official annual CPI inflation for 2026. If the NBS publishes a single official annual inflation percentage for 2026, that figure will be used. If the NBS publishes monthly CPI index values but not a single annual figure, the annual inflation shall be calculated as the percentage change between the arithmetic average of the 12 monthly CPI index values for 2026 and the arithmetic average of the 12 monthly CPI index values for 2025, using NBS-published data. Only NBS data/releases published after the creation of this market are eligible. If the NBS fails to publish the required annual or monthly CPI data by the deadline above, this market will resolve to "No."
