Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Base is designated "Stage 2" on L2BEAT before Robinhood Chain is designated "Stage 2" on L2BEAT, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

This market will resolve to "No" if Robinhood Chain is designated "Stage 2" on L2BEAT before Base is designated "Stage 2" on L2BEAT, within the same window.

If neither Base nor Robinhood Chain is designated "Stage 2" on L2BEAT before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST, this market will resolve as a "Draw," and all Yes and No tokens will be redeemable for $0.50 each.

For the purposes of this market, only a Stage 2 designation first reflected on L2BEAT's official project pages after the creation of this market qualifies; any Stage 2 status already attained prior to market deployment does not count. If both projects are designated Stage 2 by L2BEAT on the same calendar day, this market will resolve as a "Draw."
