Market Data
Rules
On-chain Language: EnglishThis market will resolve to "Yes" if the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) initiates a formal enforcement proceeding or issues a Wells notice against a DeFi curator (including but not limited to Steakhouse Financial, Gauntlet, or Sentora) at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."
For the purposes of this market, a "Wells notice" is a formal notification from SEC staff indicating an intent to recommend enforcement action, and an "enforcement proceeding" includes the filing of a civil complaint, an administrative proceeding, or a public cease-and-desist order.
Investigative inquiries, subpoenas, informal information requests, or media speculation without a confirmed Wells notice or filed enforcement action do not qualify. Only actions confirmed to have occurred after this market's creation are eligible for resolution.
