Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kalshi publicly posts, before December 31, 2026 - 23:59 UTC, a notice on its official website, Help Center (https://help.kalshi.com), or its member agreement's restricted-jurisdiction list stating that Kalshi will stop allowing residents of the State of Utah to trade either (a) all Kalshi event contracts, or (b) the sports event contracts specifically targeted in the Utah Attorney General's October 20, 2026 lawsuit, and the notice indicates an effective prohibition on trading by Utah residents.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market: "publicly posts" means the change appears on Kalshi's official website, the Kalshi Help Center, or the member agreement's restricted-jurisdiction list (or an official Kalshi press/announcements page directly linked from those sources). Only postings or changes made after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution. Announcements of intent, third-party reports, or press coverage without an updated Kalshi posting in the listed sources do not qualify.
