Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC, the total outstanding borrowed principal (i.e., active borrows) across Morpho Midnight smart contracts equals or exceeds $100,000,000 USD, as reported by the official Morpho Midnight dashboard or by a consensus of credible on-chain analytics.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Active borrows” means the sum of outstanding borrowed principal denominated in USD across the deployed Morpho Midnight smart contracts (excluding unrealized interest not yet added to principal).

• USD values are determined using the price data applied by the reporting source at the time of the report (e.g., CoinGecko/CoinMarketCap-based conversions or the price oracle used by the reporting dashboard).

• Only measurements and reports produced after this market’s creation are eligible to trigger a “Yes” outcome.

• If the official Morpho Midnight dashboard becomes permanently unavailable and no credible on-chain analytics can produce an equivalent publicly verifiable borrow total for the resolution window, the market may be resolved by consensus of credible on-chain sources.
