Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Strategy's perpetual preferred stock STRC closes at or above $100.00 per share on any regular U.S. trading session after the initiation of this market and before June 16, 2026 – 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market, "repeg" is defined as STRC recording an official closing price at or above its $100.00 par value on any single regular NASDAQ trading session occurring after market deployment.

Only closing prices from regular trading hours will be considered. After-hours or pre-market prices do not qualify.

Only price action occurring after the initiation of this market is eligible for resolution.
