This market will resolve to “Yes” if the East–West crude oil pipeline operated by Saudi Aramco (the Abqaiq–Yanbu “East–West” pipeline) resumes sustained pumping at an average rate of at least 7,000,000 barrels per day for a continuous 24-hour period at any time after the creation of this market and before October 11, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Resumes sustained pumping” means measured pipeline flow at or above 7,000,000 barrels per day averaged over a continuous 24-hour window (any contiguous 24-hour period).

• Confirmation must come from one of the following: an official operational flow statement or report from Saudi Aramco or the Saudi Ministry of Energy explicitly stating the qualifying 24-hour flow; OR corroborating flow estimates showing the qualifying 24-hour average from at least two independent, reputable energy-data providers (e.g., S&P Global Platts, Kpler, IEA); OR consistent reporting across at least two major reputable news organizations that cite the above sources.

• Only events and flow measurements occurring after the creation/deployment of this market are eligible for resolution; any qualifying flow that occurred prior to market creation does not count.
