Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the USD spot price per single HYPE token strictly above $60.00 USD at 00:00 UTC on September 1, 2026.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

- "USD spot price per single HYPE token" will be determined by the price reported by major crypto price aggregators (CoinGecko preferred; CoinMarketCap contingent) at 00:00 UTC on September 1, 2026, or, if HYPE is listed on one or more centralized exchanges, by the last traded USD price on the most liquid centralized exchange listing HYPE at that timestamp. If CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap disagree, the CoinGecko price will be used unless it is demonstrably unavailable.

- If HYPE undergoes a token migration, redenomination, split, reverse split, or ticker change after market creation, the market will use the value-adjusted price of the successor token as reported by CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap.

- Only price data and events occurring after this market's creation are eligible for determining the outcome.

- HYPE must be traded above $60 at this specific timing. HYPE trading above $60 before this timing doesn't qualify
