Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Ian De Bode ceases to hold the position of CEO of Ondo Finance at any time after the creation of this market and before September 1, 2026 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market, De Bode must be removed, replaced, or otherwise no longer recognized as Ondo Finance's CEO through one of the following: a binding court ruling (including from the ongoing Delaware Court of Chancery proceeding brought by Kathleen Allman), an official Ondo Finance corporate announcement confirming his removal or departure, or his own resignation.

A board resolution, lawsuit filing, or claim of removal that is disputed, unrecognized by Ondo Finance, or not given legal effect (such as the July 24, 2026 board vote referenced in an ongoing litigation) does not by itself qualify for a "Yes" outcome unless it results in a binding court order or official company confirmation that De Bode is no longer CEO before the deadline.

Only developments occurring after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
