This market will resolve to "Yes" if Myriad Markets publicly discloses the total amount it raised in its seed funding round at any time after the creation of this market and before September 19, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

- A qualifying "disclosure" must state a numeric total for the seed round (for example, "$5,000,000", "$5M", "€4.2 million"). Vague descriptions such as "undisclosed", "a small seed", or non-numeric statements do not qualify.

- The disclosure must be made by Myriad Markets via official communications (company website, press release, blog post, investor page, or verified corporate social media account) or in regulatory filings. If no official Myriad source exists, a "Yes" outcome may be determined by a consensus of credible independent reports that consistently report the same numeric figure.

- Only disclosures dated after the market's creation are eligible. Private investor-only communications not published publicly, uncorroborated leaks, or rumors do not qualify.
