This market will resolve to "Yes" if Vitalik Buterin, during any talk or panel he gives at Devcon 8 (Mumbai, November 3–6, 2026), utters the exact phrase "prediction market" or "prediction markets" (case-insensitive) at any time after this market's creation and before November 7, 2026 - 00:00 UTC.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market:

- A qualifying utterance must be present in official Devcon 8 recordings or official transcripts published by Devcon (devcon.org) or the official Devcon YouTube channel.

- Off-stage remarks, unofficial livestreams, social media posts, promotional materials, or secondary quotations do not qualify.

- If Vitalik does not speak at Devcon 8, this market resolves to "No."

- Only events that occur after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution.
