Ether.fi exploit or bad debt in November?
Market Data
Rules
This market will resolve to “Yes” if the ether.fi protocol or an ether.fi product is exploited or incurs bad debt resulting in a loss of $1,000,000 or more in user or protocol funds, occurring after the creation of this market and before December 1, 2026 - 00:00 PST.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
For the purposes of this market:
• “Ether.fi protocol” includes its official smart contracts (including eETH, weETH, staking, liquid vaults, and ether.fi Cash/Liquid products) as listed on official ether.fi channels.
• A “hack or exploit” includes smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle manipulation/failures, security incident, and compromised private keys, as long as the loss of funds is verifiable onchain.
• “Bad debt” is defined as realized losses to an ether.fi product's depositors of $1,000,000 or more in a single incident.
• Losses reimbursed by ether.fi or recovered post-incident do not negate an exploit or bad/debt event for the purposes of this market.
• Exploits occurring before market creation, or exploits of third-party protocols that merely integrate ether.fi tokens, do not qualify unless ether.fi's own contracts or funds are directly drained.
