Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Micron Technology, Inc. reports consolidated GAAP revenue of $50.0 billion or more for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2026, in an official Micron press release or SEC filing (Form 8‑K, 10‑Q, or 10‑K) that is published after the close of U.S. markets on September 30, 2026 and on or before October 31, 2026 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Consolidated GAAP revenue” means the company’s reported total revenue (USD) as presented in Micron’s official GAAP financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Non‑GAAP revenue metrics do not qualify unless the applicable SEC filing also reports GAAP revenue meeting the threshold.

• If multiple qualifying official documents are published, the value in the SEC filing (Form 8‑K, 10‑Q, or 10‑K) takes precedence. If no SEC filing exists but an official Micron press release reports the figure, that press release will be used.

• Only reports published after the creation of this market are eligible for resolution. Restatements published after October 31, 2026 will not be considered unless an official restatement is published on or before the deadline above.
