This market will resolve to “Yes” if Moonwell suffers a security exploit that results in an unauthorized or unintended transfer or loss of user or protocol funds totaling $300,000 USD or more, at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 UTC, and the loss is verifiable on-chain or confirmed by Moonwell's official channels or by a consensus of credible crypto-security reports.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

- “Moonwell” refers to the Moonwell protocol and any smart contracts or contract addresses publicly identified by Moonwell in official communications (website, GitHub, or verified social accounts). Documented contract migrations by Moonwell count only if acknowledged in official Moonwell communications.

- “Security exploit” means an unauthorized or unintended transfer of assets from Moonwell contracts or positions due to a vulnerability, bug, misconfiguration, or attacker action. Losses due solely to individual key compromise or phishing do not qualify unless the compromise arose from a protocol vulnerability.

- USD value of a loss will be measured using major crypto price feeds (CoinGecko preferred; CoinMarketCap contingent) at the time of the incident. On-chain transaction evidence and/or official Moonwell statements plus corroboration from at least two reputable crypto-security or news sources will be used to confirm qualifying incidents.

- Only incidents occurring after the creation/deployment of this market are eligible for resolution.

Source

- On-chain transaction records from reputable blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) showing transfers from Moonwell contract addresses

- Official Moonwell communications (website, GitHub, verified social accounts, official blog posts)

- Consensus of credible crypto-security reports and reputable news outlets (e.g., security firms’ disclosures, CoinDesk, The Block, or equivalent)
