This market will resolve to “Yes” if, after the creation of this market and before December 1, 2026 - 00:00 ET (i.e., by 23:59 ET on November 30, 2026), Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) publishes an official press release or SEC 8-K that states its ETH holdings are 5% or more of total ETH supply, or reports an ETH holdings amount that is at least 5.00% of the ETH supply figure cited in that same release.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• Only releases or filings dated after the creation of this market and on or before November 30, 2026 (ET) are eligible. Earlier reports (e.g., 6,041,481 ETH, stated as 4.9% of a 122.1M ETH supply, as of October 18) do not count.

• The supply figure used is the one cited in the same release. If no supply figure or percentage is stated, the release does not qualify.

• A stated percentage below 5% (e.g., “4.9%”) does not qualify, even if rounding or a different supply figure would put holdings at 5% or more.

• Statements of goals, targets, or intentions, and third-party estimates of Bitmine's holdings, do not qualify.
