Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy, ticker: MSTR) files for bankruptcy protection at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purposes of this market, "files for bankruptcy" is defined as Strategy or its primary corporate entity formally filing a petition for bankruptcy protection (including but not limited to Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, or an equivalent insolvency, receivership, or administration proceeding in another jurisdiction) with a court or relevant regulatory body.

Rumors, credit downgrades, stock delisting, margin calls, forced Bitcoin sales, or speculation about financial distress do not qualify unless an actual bankruptcy filing occurs as defined above.

Only a qualifying filing occurring after the creation of this market is eligible for resolution.
